Our Process

  • Reach out through our website inquiry form or by email with a few basic details — your wedding date, venue, estimated guest count, and a general sense of your vision or style. This helps us confirm availability and start getting a feel for what you're dreaming up.

  • Once we've connected, we'll set up a consultation (in person, by phone, or by video — whatever works best for you) to talk through details: color palette, must-have flowers, budget, the overall mood you're going for, and any specific pieces you need (bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony florals, etc.).

  • After the consultation, we'll send you a custom proposal outlining recommended florals, pieces, and pricing based on everything we discussed. We're happy to make adjustments here to fit your vision and budget.

  • Once you're happy with the proposal, we'll finalize the details with a signed agreement and retainer to officially reserve your date. From here, you're locked in on our calendar.

  • As your date approaches, we'll stay in touch to fine-tune details — confirming final counts, timing, delivery logistics, and any last-minute changes. This is also a great time to keep us in the loop with any updates from your planner or venue.

  • About 2–4 weeks out, we'll confirm the final order, timeline, and delivery/setup schedule so everything is locked in and ready to go.

  • On your big day, we handle everything — delivery, setup, and styling — so your florals are ready exactly when and where you need them. All you have to do is enjoy the day!
